I have recently started using JotForm as a way for my clients to submit information they want me to post for them on their social media accounts. It is an easy-to-use and free form builder. Here is an example of a form I created for my clients:
I especially like it because it is free for up to 100 submissions per month and you even increase that number for free by following JotForm on social media and doing a few other things – think along the same lines as getting more space in the Dropbox cloud; same deal.
How Does JotForm Compare?
Compared to Wufoo there are more free features. For example Wufoo doesn’t allow you add a field in a free form where users can upload documents and JotForm does. This is really nice. I switched to JotForm particularly for this reason.
Yes, there are a few glitches such as when you put the required star on a text box it kept saying required for the user even though the user had entered information. I just took the required star off and then it worked really well. Keep in mind that the company is still growing and perfecting their product.
I have used JotForm in the past for clients and it is really nice because instead of having to build out a Shopify account for one product you can integrate JotForm with PayPal and many other services.
Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down?
JotForm gets a thumbs up from Worldly Strategies. I would recommend this form generation system to other users. It is easy to use, very affordable, and works well for our company and our clients.
